    i had a very lovely experience here, everything was amazing, the location was incredible just off the center, the airport and san marco square. the staff was very helpful and affable and made me feel at home. the double room was brand-new and had a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a tv. a bidet in the nice bathroom was super awesome.

    One would think that for such luxury, the attention to detail would be better. Having to buzz repeatedly for an entry code that never worked was a delight, isn't it? The breakfast portions are shockingly minuscule. Funny how I expected an upgrade for the hassle but got nothing. Absolutely great service, really.

    Great spot for exploring! The location is just a stone's throw from attractions, with shops and restaurants around every corner. The rooms are clean and quiet. A comfortable bed and daily housekeeping capped off our fantastic experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

    Perfect location near the main attractions and so quiet! The room was clean, cozy, and just what we needed after a day of exploring. I'd return for the comfy bed alone!

    Communication was a bit of a marathon-who knew checking in could take longer than a gondola ride? I seemed like I was texting my way into a secret club instead of getting personal service!

    The location is perfect, just a short walk from major attractions like St Mark's Square. Our room was spacious, clean, and it even had great air conditioning, a lifesaver for our family. The keyless entry system.

    The venice nest was a lovely experience! Giulia was super helpful, sending a video on how to get there from the waterbus. My beautiful double room was spacious, stylish, and clean. It's also conveniently close to attractions!

    The keyless entry was fantastic since it saved us from the usual check-in hassle, and our room was bright and cozy, which made relaxing easy.
